Ghost Pepper Jerk Rub

After years of making our Caribbean Spice Sauce, we started mixing the spices that go into the sauce, saying that the spices would make a great jerk seasoning.

We finally put the dry spices together to make a great Jerk Rub and have added the Bhut Jolokia Ghost Pepper to give it a really nice fiery kick.

This seasoning is great on just about anything you are going to put on the grill, from shrimp and scallops, chicken, steak, even veggies. It makes a great seasoning for other things too, like potatoes or popcorn.
