This Saturday, March 13th, 2010, from noon to 3pm, we will be making the Los Angeles debut of our new Bhut Jolokia Ghost Pepper Products!

Coming off of our big new product introduction in Albuquerque, NM at the Fiery Foods & BBQ Show last week, this weekend we will be at Surfas Chef’s Paradise in Culver City, CA for the debut of our new products to Los Angeles area.

We’ll be at Surfas again, giving you winter grilling ideas. We’re not sure yet what the sampling menu will be, but in the past we’ve done exotic meats (available at Surfas), veggies (asparagus, pineapple and chipotle twice baked potatoes), even once doing (not on the grill) angel hair with chipotle tapenade, all using our gourmet sauces and tapenade.

We’ll show you how our sauces can be used in different ways to add flavor to your holiday grilling.

We’ll have some great items from Surfas gourmet food selection, along with some farmers market items we bring and we’ll show you how we prepare them. In the past we’ve had venison tenderloin, scallops, grilled pineapple and asparagas. Stop by to see what we’ll have this time and get a free taste.
