We’ll be at Surfas again, giving you winter grilling ideas. We’re not sure yet what the sampling menu will be, but in the past we’ve done exotic meats (available at Surfas), veggies (asparagus, pineapple and chipotle twice baked potatoes), even once doing (not on the grill) angel hair with chipotle tapenade, all using our gourmet sauces and tapenade.
